Green Factory Tour: How Jinhua Achieves 70% Clean Energy Consumption with Solar Power

The solar system slashes our carbon footprint remarkably: it saves 1,920 tons of standard coal each year, cuts 5,100 tons of CO₂ emissions and 16 tons of sulfur dioxide annually. We further boost energy circulation with auxiliary facilities: waste heat recovery from air compressors RTO saves an extra 500,000 kWh per year, while electromagnetic heating equipment trims power use by nearly 70% versus conventional models.
RTO, short for Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, is professional environmental equipment for industrial organic waste gas treatment. It heats waste gas over 760°C to decompose harmful organic pollutants into carbon dioxide and water. The built-in ceramic heat storage medium recycles combustion heat to cut fuel consumption.The waste gas removal rate of two-chamber RTO exceeds 95%, while three-chamber RTO reaches over 98%, with around 95% heat recovery rate and low operating cost.
